What do Agreenlab offers to entrepreneurs
The entrepreneurs supported in this program benefit from sectoral support by experts in agro-industry and renewable energies. In addition to this sectoral support, entrepreneurs are supported in structuring their business by coaches or experts.
At the same time, the entrepreneurs of the program benefit from technical grants, in particular, a grant called AgreenTech which is for an amount of 2000 Euro which is intended for companies which are in the idea phase and which need funds to test their product. Another scholarship called AgreenFin which is for participants who have businesses in operation and need funds to increase their production capacity or do communication to improve their sales. This AgreenFin scholarship is worth 10,000 Euro. Finally, there is Agri Invest which is a loan of 30,000 Euro. The latter is a loan that will be repaid by the beneficiary.
Agreenlab brings business opportunities as wel
Entrepreneurs were able to take an immersion trip through the AgreenLab program in companies established in France and learn from an expert in their respective sector of activity. The trip enabled the entrepreneurs who benefited from it to identify avenues for collaboration with these players based in France.
It is also planned to make promotional video clips to promote the companies supported in the program and allow them to have more visibility.
Our record so far
Since the launch of the program, 10 entrepreneurs have been supported by Impact Hub Dakar in the first cohort. Currently, the second cohort, made up of 17 entrepreneurs, is being supported.
